Though it was a relatively productive day today, between "tasks" I was trying to come up with something ...., anything to post on this silly blog. Among the things that went through this pea-sized brain of mine, was to rant about how little cereal you get in the box these days (that idea was quickly shot down). I also thought about taking & posting a picture of Pumpkin being thrown into the pool - with temperatures flirting with the 90º mark today, I don't think she would've cared. So, as you can see, what it boils down to is - I got nothin'. Anyhow, to post just for the sake of posting, I give you an artifact that I found while spring cleaning a few weeks back. It is the first couple pages of a journal my mother wrote, recording my first year milestones. If you click on the image, you should be able to access a larger image and read all the embarrassing details. The obvious conclusion you'll find is that I've progressed very little since then. Me, a drooler? Bah!

Well, I give you props for letting the world know that you were potty trained at 8 mos! This did bring back some bad memories tho - you do know that this was the pre-Huggies era and someone had to help Mom wash poopie diapers - UGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Seriously, that was a great find - good thing you were very careful while spring cleaning!
What's up the Bombers? Just got home and they are down 7-2. Good thing they dug up the Red Sox jersey from under the stadium - we would never hear the end of it . . .
I guess there was a positive to being the youngest! But think of all the quality time you got to spend with Mom... you know what they say now - the first born gets all the attention! My apologies anyways. Mmmm, dirty diapers and spring cleaning, what a great combination...
Oh the lengths they go in order to stop these silly "curses". 5 hours of cutting through concrete just to retrieve a jersey? Yikes! Those silly Red Sox fans. I stopped watching tonight's NYY/BOS game after the 3rd inning. It's too early in the season to worry about the Yanks. Once everyone gets healthy, they'll make their run.
