Oreo Cookie Balls

Taken by surprise today, we were able to meet up with Elise and Mark at Maggiano's for a stomach-busting lunch. My sister, Elise - who is fast becoming a world-renowned dessert/cake maker, made these mouth-watering "Oreo Cookie Balls" for us. Although I ate way too much for lunch, I'm thinking that I shouldn't have much of a problem stuffing a few of these yummy morsels into my stomach later tonight. Hell, what's a few thousand more calories...

Here is one way to make Oreo Cookie Balls~

INGREDIENTS:
1 18oz Package Oreo Cookies
1 8oz Brick Cream Cheese
1 12oz Bag White Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:
•Crush Oreos.
•Mix Oreos with cream cheese.
•Roll mixture into small balls.
•Melt white chocolate (while you are melting refrigerate or freeze the balls).
•Dip balls into chocolate.
•Place balls back into the fridge or freezer until chocolate hardens.
