Fridays are usually my crazy days, one 20 minute break after my first class, then it's "go, go, go". Today, my break was extended - courtesy of a student who had a doctor's appointment. Though it was rainy and overcast throughout the day, I took this time to visit the Flight 93 Memorial in Union City. Dedicated in December, 2007, this memorial is a striking tribute to the 40 passengers and crew who perished on the morning of September 11, 2001 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.Read more about the Flight 93 Memorial here:
